my friend has time zone problem cannot login to forum ~

my friend today told me she cannot login to any forum because it said she has time zone problem ...  she is same with me living in toronto ...  don't know how to fix ...

can someone help ???

Not sure what you [she] mean (having time zone problem).  Don't think browsing forums has anything to do with time zone!!
