the cables should all be surrounded by plastic so I think it is safe to tie them together

I mean the cable inside the computer....after I connected to cpu, roms & hard drives....

rest are too long.....and someone told me....those cable I need to tie up coz they cant touch something

yeah you are talking about the extra cables right? i think as long as they are not touching the hot parts it should be okay right? otherwise, I don't know enough to tell u.

i am just guessing.. like the cpu chip.. I think if you tie them up and leave them hanging there instead of touching the motherboard or the cards or the hard drive all the time, it should be good

I think the idea is not to let them touching parts that get really hot and melt the rubbers, and not to 塞住 or 貼住 parts like hard drive/ video cards and affect the air circulation and burn the parts.
