Agree!  That's what i think too.  But one thing that you must REMEMBER....the target can't be her friend.  If you pick another target who is her friend or someone relate to her....then you will have big trouble.  You never know what does she tell her friend behind you.  

yeah, that's the tricky part, you just need to know how to leave the earlier target  with a good impression.
