Actually...i use my sister cell w/ her plan after she back to HK (almost 2 yrs).  Then the bill sent to my parents' home monthly...this is so troublesome for me.  The Elaine helps me to call rogers and tell them that she is my sister, then she would like to transfer her plan which under my name.

So...i prefer i am an old customer, because she just transfer her plan to me.  This morning...i call rogers and want to swith to the iphone 3gs (date and voice plan).  They said i am new customer, so i have 3 yrs contract with them.  OMG....no one tells me that i am new customer, and i didn't sign anything to agree that i took the 3 yrs contract.  If i know i need to take 3 yrs contract, then I will request to have a new phone.

Then i told them i need to cancel my rogers cell...they siad...because i am the new customer with 3 yrs contract....they need me to pay cancellation fee $400.

I told them that no one tells me that i am a new customer w/ 3 yrs contract when i do the tranfer account process.  Then they allow me to cancel and i don't have to pay $400.  That's why i will swith to fido.
