我用的防毒軟件是 avast!.

check 完個腦後發現有隻毒叫 Trojan attacted to my system files. 隻軟件建意我搬那個有毒 file 去 chest box. 之後佢沒有再給我指示如何去處置隻毒。

我應該點做才好﹐﹖  想就咁 delete  o左 佢﹐但又唔知清楚佢係唔係 凈係 delete 隻毒﹐ 或是整個 file 都 delete 埋。由於隻毒 attach 在 system files 我胆心會影响個電腦正常運作。

請問有沒 有人也用過 "avast!", 知道該如何處置隻毒﹖

What is the file name, and where is it locate before, I may able to see you can delete the file or not.  Also, when "avast" help you to move the file to other area.  If you have no problem to use windows for few weeks, than you can just delete the file.
PS: Normally you cannot clean the virus.

if u can find the virus name in Norton or Macfee web site, they can help you to delete the virus without delete the file.
check their web site first.
by the way can u tell us the virus name?

the files are:
C\:System Volume Information\restore{7159C566-B27D-45B5-9001-47F14422CFC9}\RP199

E\:System Volume Information\restore{7159C566-B27D-45B5-9001-47F14422CFC9}\RP293

both files are attached by a same virus   -  Win32:Trojan-Gen {other}

no problem.  You can delete those 2 files, cause it should be use for system restore only.  It won't cost you any problem to use windows.

very simple just turn off system restore

reboot the computer

turn the system restore on  again...

the message will gone...


try that and let us know the result..

sorry, I am a total dummy of using computer. Could you please give me more details of how to do the above procedures.
