How to make a 轉貼 post ga???

Do I need to complete to download the file 1st na??

or I just download the torrent only & post it??

If I 轉貼 the link into Xenterum..

will others users  still able to dowload when I finished to dl the file ??

it depends on where you make your post
but most BT Xenter will allow you to post torrent file
therefore you do not need to complete the file download before post...you can just post the torrent
and as for 轉貼 links from other sites...it would be best to have sites that people do not have to sign up in order to download...or else it would be very annoying to sign up to just download a file
so i guess it would be best to download the torrent and post it here or upload it to a hosting site
