係喎, 點解你 x'mas 都要開工咁慘? 雖然 us 無 boxing day 呢回事, 但 x'mas + new year, 個個都係 hoilday mood, 應該無人做野喎??

oh that, our support team are short on staff, one guy moved on to another job...and we are 24/7, so some of us have been working 12 hrs shift lately.
