I am using Bitcomet 0.70, my download is only 15k/bs.
Last time can up to 60k/bs.
Any one please help me.

there is many factors restricting the speed of bt
such as network condition, quality and quantity of seed
it does nothing to the version of bt software

So i need to do what?
Can make the download up to 60K/bs like lasttime.

i suggest you first check if you are using network bandwidth at one time, which will decrease your speed

and then the seed condition in the column "user list"
you may see the active connections and how many they have completed
and the speed you are downloading and uploading

if you see mostly connections are not 100% or stay at the same percentage less than 100%
that's to say, you hardly complete you download work and get a low speed

if you see many seeds there, whose process is 100%, but you cannot doanload anything from them
you can point at the ip address and press your right mouse button, disconnect that user
and let bitcomet connect new user automatically until you get the more download speed

check if the listening port is still the same as before
