Internet issues

Im having bad upload issues ... ive done a speedtest
Heres results
Ping: 1ms
Download: 33.80mbps
Upload: 111.84KBps

Ive installed a new modem from xfinity and disconected the router because the new modem is a dualband router built-in. ....... downloading is excellent but anytime i wanna upload a video to my youtube channel i cant . It stays at 0%

Comcast cant help without sending someone out and thats a charge everytime .

Id rather try to figure this out without coming out of pocket .... thanks in advance for any ideas
