Win7 desktop not visible to android devices on LAN

Hello,
I have little understanding of networking. Until recently all worked according to Hoyle. This Win7 Pro sp1 PC is wired to a TP-Link Archer C9 router. This machine shares on the Homegroup and LAN with another wired Win 7 pc ok but is not visible to any wifi android devices. The second PC shares fine with wifi android devices so I suspect this PC is at fault.
