PC remote play networking/nat issues

Hello,
so i am trying to change the nat type from when i want to play my ps4 via remote play on my pc. currently it is at a nat 3 and i need it at a nat 2.
Here is my set up:
Technicolor TC8715D connected via cat 6 -> DIR-655 -> PS4
Laptop is connected to the technicolor via wifi and lan and still had the nat 3 issue. (photo below)
technicolor ip: 192.168.0.1
d655 ip: 192.168.0.51
ps4 ip: 192.168.0.13
i have ports that are for the remote play forwarded to the 655 via the technicolor
the 655 is on the dmz of the technicolor.
help is much appreciated
