Restrict one app to specific ip on port 443

Hello,
I want to restrict a specific application on a pc thats uses port 443 to only go to specific ip addresses for security reasons.

I understand i can restrict port 443 to specific ips on my firewall but this does everything going to port 443 and would stop web browsers accessing https sites.

How can this be done? My firewall is pretty old so will newer ones do this?
