ATT CIsco 3G MicroCell Model DPH151-AT Ethernet Light

Hello,
We have an ATT Cisco made 3G MicroCell setup in our facility to boost our ATT cellular signal for our cell phones. The ATT MicroCell gets its internet connection through our network's router Ethernet cable connection. The MicroCell has been working fine for 18 months.
We had to replace our internet router due to internal failure. Now, our ATT Microcell Ethernet light will not illuminate steady which would indicate a solid Ethernet connection to our new router. The new router is working fine for our building's computers accessing the internet.
We have disconnected power from the MicroCell, powered down our new router and the Comcast modem. We have sequentially powered each device back up, did a factory reset of the ATT MicroCell. None of this will give us a steady Ethernet light on the MicroCell.
Dpes anyone have any experience with ATT MicroCells functioning with a router and modem internet network? I would appreciate any inputs or suggestions on how to get the MicroCell to acquire a network signal from the router.
