[主菜] 香荵鹽焗雞 - 電飯煲煮法

材  料 :
荵      2斤
光雞  1隻
調味料 :
粗鹽  適量
做  法 :
(1) 雞洗淨後以粗鹽醃約半小時。
(2) 將大量荵鋪在飯煲底,墊至約二至三吋厚。
(3) 按下煮飯模式,當煮完後不要開蓋,再焗十五分鐘。
(4) 芋旗雞斬成小件即成。

**可伴以薑荵茸或沙薑醬同吃。

電飯鍋不放水可以嘛? 還有你所說的是普通的電飯鍋還是智能電飯鍋?

我試過用普通電飯鍋焗雞 , 真係幾香 !
唔駛落水都可以 ~
因為用電飯鍋焗雞果時,
隻雞會出水 !
