[主菜] 日式牛井飯 [有圖]
我自己覺得好味過香港吉x家0個d啦,不過始終都係日本吉x家既最美味
不過我住0個度無野好食,自己煮點都好味過出去食啦
材料:(一人份量)
邊爐肥牛 1/2包 (200 grams)
洋蔥 1/4個
白飯 1碗
芝麻 少許
調味:
水 1/2杯
雞粉 2 teaspoons
日式柴魚醬油(超濃縮) 1/4杯 + 3 teaspoons
味"西林" 3 teaspoons
做法:
1) 先用 3 teaspoons 日式柴魚醬油醃肥牛 10分鐘
2) 洋蔥切絲放入冰水浸 10分鐘 (可令洋蔥更鮮甜),隔水
3) 鑊熱後加入洋蔥炒香,再加入肥牛炒至變色
4) 加入調味 (先用水開雞粉),加鑊蓋煮大約5分鐘至洋蔥軟身
5) 用大碗盛白飯,再將所以材料鋪上,上面再加少許芝麻即成

日式柴魚醬油(超濃縮) 淨係叫 Japaneses seasoning sauce
味"西林" 係 mirin style sweet cooking seasoing
我自己就0係canada住,去大統華有得賣
我諗多數日本supermarket/大少少既唐人地方都有得賣

趁住今日放假,諗住下廚威風下,Aiya, 弊家火!我淨係知道乜o野係味林,唔知道乜o野係日式柴魚醬油(超濃縮) ,同埋個English Name係乜? 所以買唔倒,整唔成!咁點算好呢?

我買唔到柴魚醬, 改用你教o既普通豉油加糖, 我同屋企人都覺得味道唔錯, 但賣相嘛嘛o地。No problem, 下次再試過, 一定會好過今次。

Yes, 我有去過大統華搵過, 可能唔夠細心, 所以搵唔到. 今次我知道嫁啦, 會抄埋個名去搵, 下次整一定好味!

if you don't have 雞粉, you may use salt~
