[MD][Rockville][台灣菜] 半畝園 - A & J's

This is a family restaurant that can be found in MD, VA, and CA.  The one I am reviewing is in Rockville, Maryland.  It was not the first time I went to this restaurant, but the food quality was always consistent.  

If you are in the area and if you are looking for authentic Taiwanese restaurant, this is probably the one you should try.  They are well known with the small dishes such as 麻辣黃瓜, 皮蛋豆腐, and 紅油炒手.  And my favorite dish is their long dumplings (鍋貼).  If you go with a group of friends, you can try more dishes.  Their noodles are not bad too.

Another noodle dish.  I think this is 炸醬麵 but I am not 100% possible.  I went in May 2007.
