[VA][Falls Church][越南菜] Huong Viet

響 Virginia 有一個越南 Shopping Center 叫 Eden Center﹐裡面有越南餐廳啦﹑超市啦﹑影碟 CD 店啦...等等。 要食地度越南野﹐最好就係去 Eden 勒。

而其中我較為欣賞既﹐就係呢間 Huong Viet 勒!  我每次去﹐都會叫佢地既 燒牛肉檬 (但其實主要係個燒牛肉好正﹐所以配乜野就隨得您口味勒﹐可以配濱海又得﹐配飯又得)!  d 牛肉燒得好香﹐但又一 d 都唔乾!  d 牛肉亦好 tender!!  值得一試!

Caramel Fish in Clay Pot - 正宗應該係係用瓦煲﹐但依家好多餐館都係用鐵煲代替。  整得唔錯架﹐值得一試。
