Bt cannot be use

I download the latest 0.86 version,then I cannot download anything.
is anyone know the problem???please help.

Were you able to download before when you used previous version?

Please provide more information.  When you start a download, did it say "connecting"?

yes,I can download as before.
I am using XP.I use 0.73 version as before.
I always reject  to install latest version but this time seem not bad ,so downloaded.
but cannot be use.
