Realplayer supposes to search the decoder for you. May be you should try downloading the latest version. If you still couldn't open the file. I then think the file has been corrupted.

Try download RealAlt 143 and K-Lite Codec Pack; and you need realmedia player to play rmvb files.

Real Alternative ([url]http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.htm)[/url] is the best. RealPlayer is OK but it does not eliminate spma embedded in the media file. RealAlt ignore all spams.

Try remove the chinese character in the folder's name and the movie file's name. Sometimes real player cannot recognize chinese character
