New York Cheesecake

This cake is easy to make, and it's so delicious. Everyone that's tried it has said it tasted just like the ones in a deli! You'll love it!"
Original recipe yield: 1 - 9 inch springform pan.

INGREDIENTS:
•        15 graham crackers, crushed
•        2 tablespoons butter, melted
•          
•        4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
•        1 1/2 cups white sugar
•        3/4 cup milk
•        4 eggs
•        1 cup sour cream
•        1 tablespoon vanilla extract
•        1/4 cup all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:
1.        Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
2.        In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
3.        In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
4.        Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

我建議係將芝士同糖打至軟身 "之後落旦 才落milk"  
唔好問我點解

ps: 焗爐最好早15分鐘開定爐~~因為一開爐唔會即時熱~
半個鐘睇一睇個餅 轉一轉個pan 咁個餅面就"上色"平均D

因為紐約cheese cake 個餅面好難"上色"~~ (焗成個hour)
如果少糖 one hour 都係淺色 可能仲要焗多10分鐘  如果多糖會深色~  不過糖過多~~咁就會黑炆炆啦....

you can use less sugar

for sweetener you must use sweetener for bakeing ( one volume  to one volume)not the sweetener for your coffee
