This is a French Fusion and Modern Sushi Cuisine restaurant.  It is not a economy restaurant, I would say it is close to Nobu or Morimoto style with very affortable price.  Around $50/person.  You will enjoy their tasty food and nice presentation.  From the kitchen, I like their Lamb.  From the Sushi Bar, I like their Toro, Tuna, Yellowtail Toro, Sweet Shrimp, Uni.  You can try 1 piece of Toro with torch, and 1 piece without torch, both have their character.  Dessert is pretty and yammy as well.   Zagat Survey has rated 29 points for their food (30 is full score) and label it as best of New Jersey.  I am sure your girl friend or wife will enjoy dinner there very much.  If you don't have reservation on weekend night, you will not have seats.  I have been to 100 of different Sushi place in US, this is the best.
